Goal 13: Why do we fall? So we can pick ourselves up once again. #30Goals Challenge

(The application Wetoku used for this video was removed from the web in late 2011 so it was, unfortunately, lost.

I will work to recreate and post soon.)

I really prefer not to be on camera, but…want to encourage you to try this great application called Wetoku. If I can do it…so can you!

I invite you to take 5 minutes and watch my first Wetoku reflection on Goal 13 of the 30 Goals Challenge!

Goal: When you fall in your work as an educator…Have a plan to get back up again…What is the plan? How will you be sure to get back up? Share it with a colleague.

Quote: “And why do we fall, Bruce? So we can learn to pick ourselves up.” ~Thomas Wayne from Batman Begins 2005

Challenge: 1) Join The Teacher Mentoring Project on The EduPLN. 2) Support new teachers at Edutopia.org by responding to their questions and concerns. 3) Be prepared to “fall”…it happens. Have the plan in place to get back up again!

Keep an eye out for the book, The 30 Goals Challenge for Educators, that will be published by Eye on Education in the Fall of 2011!
